Microsoft has finally confirmed the release dates of Windows 8 around October,2012. The speculations regarding the release of the Original version of Windows 8 were everywhere but today suddenly Microsoft has officially announced the same. Speaking at the Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference 2012 in Toronto ,Tami Reller, said that ,"Windows 8 is on track to be released to manufacturing the first week in August and Windows 8 will reach general availability at the end of October. New Windows 8 PCs will be available to buy and upgrades will be available."

Before the general release there will be release of Windows 8 Release to Manufacturing(RTM) version in August providing the version for manufacturers to start working on their devices for incorporating Windows 8 as the OS.

So finally, we have a date. From the release of Consumer preview, there were strong rumors Windows 8 will be launched around second half of the years where many Ultra-books and especially Tablets were launching. With today's announced things are cleared and we can see Windows 8 running officially in our systems.

Google Nexus 7  has taken the competition in the segment to a New level where Google sees itself in great position with its first ever hand in the Android powered Tablet market. The low-cost, exclusive features, Android 4.1 Jelly bean, etc. all contribute to the attraction towards this beauty? But wait we all know there is not a Back-side (rear) camera, No Micro SD card support, No Flash support. So what to do? Buy or not? Well here are some points that are worth discussing to consider before giving a final verdict of the tablet.

Cons

No back Camera - Yes there is no back camera present in the device. Those who see it competing with iPad would really consider this as the biggest failure point, So do we. Android lovers have always looked on to the Google play for apps such as Instagram, but with no rear camera these becomes useless. Absence of a rear camera is really a big factor for those looking to buy a complete tablet in this price. The front facing 1.2MP camera is good for video calling and other purposes, but yet how many of you can see it beating the utility of a rear camera ?

Flash Support -  Sadly Adobe, soon after the announcement of Jelly Bean, revealed that it will not provide support for the latest Android version.

Lack of Micro SD Card Slot - What if you want to put the contents of micro-sd card to play in your device? Google has clearly not provided any support here as well which many of us believe would not have come in between the cost cutting, rest only Google knows. If you are a complete fun loving person loving to take out movies, songs, your own stuff everywhere you go you might miss out. Those who say the 8GB internal storage is enough, well there is hell lot of space available for Android applications and other things to acquire.

No 3G network - That's really why i won't buy it. Leave the camera, flash support, micro sd card slot, But you can not always find a wi-fi network around you.

Google Nexus 7 Tablet

Supportive Arguments

Well enough of cons, now let's take a look at other side of coin, considering there are 2 aspects of every thing. The first and foremost thing which comes to defend the Tablet is its Price. If you want to get a quality tablet at low price well nothing can beat it. The 8GB version costs $199 and the 16GB is worth $249. So this gives a definite reason to say Bye,Bye! to those tablets which are of less quality, low performance and of course does not have the name Google associated with it.

Well what next, you forgot the Quad-core Tegra 3 processor. You could not have imagined to see it such a low end device. The inclusion of this processor itself is in high cost range but remarkably Google managed to get this in. 12 core ultra-low voltage nVidia GeForce GPU is not a JOKE. This makes the device to play some heavy games, apps at amazing speed with great graphics.

Wait, there is a Jelly Bean waiting in as well. Yes the device is the first to run the latest version of Android release by Google at I/O 2012. This makes a perfect choice for users wanting to be on the latest version .

Now coming back to the topic, If you are making a mind NOT to buy it, wait we have to say something? How many of you really happen to take pictures with your Tablets? Don't you associate a Tablet with your professional needs? If so there is a well placed 1.2MP front camera waiting for you.
Space issues? Well 8GB is not a small amount and if you keep the real utility of a tablet in mind i doubt if that might cause an issue.

A device with such amazing features at only USD 199 is a Must go. Google Nexus 7 is really a wonder piece created by Google and that's why we say it is a Must buy Tablet.

Galaxy NOTE 2 should be in with the next version of Android to be released by Google named Jelly Bean. Google Nexus 7-inch tablet already being launched by Google with Android Jelly Bean should make Samsung to provide this with the latest operating system to attract users more towards it. The previous Galaxy Note has already received official ICS updates, so even if we don't witness Android 4.1 in NOTE 2, ICS would certainly be the default Operating System for it.

Samsung Galaxy NOTE 2

We recently wrote 2 articles, explaining in details everything that Note 2 may have. You can take a look at them here-
High rumors are already floating around the tech arena mostly being concerned with the Display. 5.5 inch HD display almost seems to be certain with high resolution as if it has to compete with iPhone5 possessing Retina display, there must be something very impressive. Coming to the core part it should be powered by a  Exynos 5250 Quad-core Processor (2 GHz) with 1.5GB of RAM. 4G LTE is also a must  providing great connectivity and amazing speeds.

As far as launch date is concerned, If it is unveiled in August, then it should be launched around October. The release of Apple iPhone5 is highly expected to be around the same time during September, so these dates seems to be certain.

First the launch of a very very competitive device named Google Nexus 7-inch, Then rumors of Apple iPad mini Launching in October and Now another one, the rumor regarding the launch of Google 10-inch Nexus Tablet coming this Fall? Well we are all set for a great great competitive time ahead as it comes to the acquisition of smart-phone market in world. Google with its Nexus Tablet range has challenged the iPad and especially, Amazon kindle fire and the response to the first Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, powered device has been really amazing. The reports have been coming from MyDrivers, regarding the Fall launch and pricing details.

Google 10-inch Nexus Tablet

You can yourself imagine the above image with a 10- inch screen and an attempt by Google to compete strongly in the Tablet market with the iPad.

Expected Features & Specifications

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS
10-inch Display
Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor
16/32 GB Options

As we all know that Google Nexus 7 tablet comes in 8GB and 16GB models costing $199& $249 respectively. With such affordable prices, the best rumor we have been hearing is the 10 inch version of the 16GB Nexus Tablet would just cost $50 more.

The price factor is the most amazing thing one can really associated with the Tablet whether it be a 7-inch one or the rumored 10-inch one. The quad core for this screen size is around $500 if seen in price and if the 10 inch version is only $300 for 16 GB version, well definitely every tablet and smart-phone lover would like it to be placed in their hands and home.

Well one can not say whether it would be an iPad killer or not, but it would definitely be a confusion in the minds of those looking for buying a 7 or 10 inch Tablet.

This becomes the first Samsung smart-phone to be launched with Ice-Cream Sandwich having a Qwerty keyboard. The smart-phone is based on providing a great social experience to the users with Samsung’s Chat On social service. The smart-phone definitely lacks the sleek look and style which would make one to go after it, but its the features especially Android ICS pre-installed that would make users to buy it with a most probable low end device tag on it.

Samsung Galaxy Chat (GT-B5330)

The name itself suggests that the phone would be based on providing a good social experience including better chat, messaging features and instant access to Facebook, Twitter, etc. As said earlier,  ChatON service from Samsung would enable this by allowing quick group chatting, messaging and instant emailing.
