Earlier in this category i had written an article 5 best ways and sites which we can use to test our Internet connection speed which many people liked and today i am going to share with you a very simple , a 1 line trick that will make you know your "IP Address" instantly and that too using Google Search !
Before that i'll tell you about a short note on what is an IP Address , it is defined as Internet Protocol address which designates a combination of unique numbers for computers connected over the internet network !
There are many sites/applications that offers you to find out your IP address but by far this is the most feasible , easy and time saving way to find out your IP Address !
PROCEDURE :-
1) Visit www.google.com
2) Type "what is my ip" (without quotes)
3) Hit Enter
You would see your IP address in the format "Your Public IP Adderss is xx.xxx.xx.xxx"
Working and Secret behind the search :-
When a person connected over Internet enters the query , Google will simply respond to the query with showing the ip address from where the query was made !
However in some cases Google finishes the search result by simply showing the masked ip addresses such as in case of devices which are assigned an Internal IP address by using NAT (NETWORK ADDRESS TRANSLATOR ) .
