Today i am going to Talk and write about Viber , One of the best and the Best Applications to make free calls and free messages over both your own mobile network and wi-fi .
Let me tell you something about VIBER first of all - Viber is an application for Android / iPhone users that lets users who have installed call and text for free with other users that have also installed the same app on their devices . After installation it can be integrated with your contacts and after that it's simply another Dialer in your smartphone .
Alright first of all you need to have Data connection / Gprs enabled for this to work , as it requires data connection either through wi-fi or your own 3g data packs if you have activated from your operators ,

After installing it , Viber will ask you to Choose your country and then enter your Mobile Number , After you enter in your Mobile number you will get a Activation Code via message on your device , Just enter that code and activate your device .
After activating , it will ask for your permission to scan and access your address/contact book , to which you will have to click on Allow , after that it will show how many of your contacts have installed an using this app when you browse in the Address book via Viber and with those persons you can make free calls , messages and much more .
The best part is the Dialer is awesome , all the features such as loudspeaker , hold ,works great with a perfect sound quality for free app , Threaded messaging is a great + for this app as well .
Personally this app would work like wonders if your data connection provides fast speed as the connection speed is inversely proportional to the time taken by the other person to hear your voice .
Only disadvantage to be able to sue this you need to find out another friend who has a smartphone with this app installed and it will be soon available for Blackberry users as well.
