Yes BSNL ( Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd ) Has Launched 3 Android Powered Tablets which are named as -
1) Penta TPAD IS701R
2) Penta TPAD WS704C
3) Penta TPAD WS802C
In partnership with , Pantel , a Noida based company BSNL is launching these tablets for which as claimed on Pantel website Pre-booking has also started already .

Penta TPAD IS701R is Priced at Rs. 3250/- having a 7 inch resistive Touch screen of resolution 800x600 powered by 1 GHz processor with 256MB RAM and a Built in memory of 2GB that can be expended to 32GB . It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS .
It is also offering a HDMI port for establishing connection with T.V and facilitates vidoe calling having a VGA front camera .
Penta TPAD WS704C is Priced at Rs. 10,999 /- having a 7 inch capacitive Touch screen powered by 1 GHz processor with 512MB RAM and a Built in memory of 4GB that can be expended to 32GB . It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and has a Sim card slot with a 0.3Mp Front + 2.0 Mp Rear camera with an Inbuilt GPS and Bluetooth .
Penta TPAD WS802C is Priced at Rs. 13500 /- having a 8 inch capacitive Touch screen powered by 1.2 GHz processor with 512MB RAM and a Built in memory of 4GB that can be expended to 32GB . It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and has a Sim card slot with a 0.3Mp Front + 2.0 Mp Rear camera with an Inbuilt GPS and Bluetooth .
