Yahoo axis was launched today and has received some Great response and it is being downloaded and used worldwide now on iPhone & iPad and also major browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet explorer, Safari in form of Plugins and add-ons.
This news was actually not officially announced first and rather Leaked by Launch via the following email which states the following content -

Various users are searching for direct Download links and are unable to find them but here i will make things here simple and tell you about how to Download it on various platforms.
Yahoo's Axis is available as an Application in iTunes store for both iPad and iPhone and users of these 2 products can simply download them via here.
All the users who are looking to use it on their desktops, here is something which i would like to clear. Yahoo's axis browser is not available as a individual desktop browser following the standard procedure of downloading and installing it rather it has been made available as Plugins for Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet explorer, Safari . That is if you are a Firefox user it will be a add-on for you, If you are a Google chrome user it will be an extension for you and so on!
For using it on Desktop, Simply visit the Yahoo Axis Homepage and click on Get it Know for Desktop, you will be prompted for agreeing to the terms and conditions and then the browser will be installed.
The Browser is yet to debut on Android and Windows Phone, which should be happening soon. However no clear chances of Blackberry OS launch are there.
If you want to remove or face some issues with it simply follow the Following Guides for removing the add-on from Browser, Here are the instructions-
Remove Safari Plug-ins- Go to Preferences, then Extensions tab, see if it is there& click uninstall. I am attaching a screen-shot as a user was facing some problems.
